The Arboretum plans new shops, patios & gathering spaces

CultureMap reported on October 28 that owner Asana Partners has finalized plans for a 14,000-square-foot retail building, new dining patios, play areas, seating, signs, and pedestrian improvements. Construction is planned to start in spring 2027, with new tenant openings targeted for fall 2028. These are announced plans, not completed improvements.
